Today was marked the start of a light twinning project "Additional support for strengthening the EU and IPA capacity of the Training Centre of the Secretariat for European Affairs" in the SEA premises.
Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Macedonia in charge of European Affairs, Arbër Ademi PhD had opening remarks together with Mr. Nicola Bertolini of the Delegation of EU and Mr. Marco Acquaticci from the German Embassy, and the project was presented to the attendees by Ms. Daniela Heid, an expert from the Federal Republic of Germany.
"The main goal of this twinning light project is to strengthen the capacities of the Training Centre of SEA in the training management cycle, improving institutional capacity of the SEA, the professional capacity of the administrative servants working in the field of EU and IPA related issues, as well as support to the leading role of the SEA in the process of further training for Macedonia's accession to the EU," Ademi said.
This project is funded by the European Union through the IPA TAIB 2012 amounting to 250,000 euros. Twinning partner of the project is the Federal Republic of Germany.
