The Deputy Prime Minister in charge of European affairs had a meeting today with Kilian Wahl, the newly appointed head of the OSCE Mission in Skopje, where they discussed the priority reforms, important for the European integration process of the country and the possibilities for deepening the cooperation.
Ambassador Wahl welcomed the progress noted in the Report and expressed confidence that the Mission will continue to do all it can to support the country's reform efforts.
At the meeting, it was emphasized that the OSCE Mission, will continue to support the implementation of reforms as it has so far, which will contribute to accelerating integration and achieving our set goals, membership in the EU by 2030.
The Deputy Prime Minister and Chief Negotiator with the EU, Maricikj, emphasized that in the coming period the Government is focusing on priority reforms from Cluster 1, "Fundamental Values", especially on the rule of law and areas related to good governance and human rights, in which the OSCE has a significant role and own contribution to their progress.
