Closing event of the EU funded project that supported the Training Centre of the Secretariat for European Affairs

During this event, the member state and the beneficiary project leaders from Germany and the Republic of Macedonia (Secretariat for European Affairs) presented the objectives and unfolding of the project and reflected on the achievements. Also, information on the findings was shared, results and recommendations, as well as the overall experience of the shared knowledge and transfer of know-how from member states regarding training, in particular from Germany, Croatia, Latvia, Romania and Bulgaria.
This project was implemented by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, Secretariat for European Affairs Training Centre and the Central Finance and Contracting Department of the Ministry of Finance. The project was worth € 250.000,00, and its duration was 8 months.
The overall objective of this Twinning Light Project was to have an effective and efficient SEA Training Centre that is able to meet the demands of relevant stakeholders and significantly contributes towards the capacity building of civil servants engaged in the European integration process.
Furthermore, it focused on strengthening the capacities of SEA Training Centre and its resources for delivery of adequate and up-to-date training and information related to EU, European integration process and EU Funds.
Any intrusion and misuse of the SEA website is punishable under Article 251 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of North Macedonia.
